Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the book is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds & Returns (Physical Books):
- We do not offer returns or refunds for “change of mind”.
- Replacements are only provided if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book.
- To claim a replacement, you must provide a clear Unboxing Video within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.
Refunds (Digital Products):
Due to the downloadable and accessible nature of digital products (PDFs, App Access, Digital Notes), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any digital purchases once the access is granted.mple page.
